Notre Dame Cathedral reopens this weekend, after painstaking reconstruction by more than 1,200 artisans who worked to restore the 12th century landmark following the great fire of April 2019. Some 50 world leaders and heads of state will attend two days of ceremonies showcasing the cathedral’s art, history and religious rituals.
