    I call it noise, definately not music. I would call it funny though. This reminds me of time about 20 years ago, I was listening to WDAV on my car radio and a nice rousing piece by Rossini came on and my son about 7 at the time, yelled out; “cartoon music!” I had a good laugh with that comment, but that was his point of reference, cartoons had classical music for the background. One of my favorite catoons played the anvil chorus piece from Il Travatore opera. I wonder if cartoons still play classical music?

    Ah. . . yes. Was it Bugs Bunny or The Road Runner that incorporated the Anvil Chorus.
